All quotes are valid for two weeks from quote date, after this time you may need to obtain a new quote. For our wedding cakes, please allow six months notice for booking. A 50% initial deposit will confirm your booking date; until this is received, we cannot guarantee that your date will remain available. Your initial deposit reserves your delivery date and is non-refundable. Receipt of your deposit or full
payment indicates that you agree to our terms and conditions. Terms and conditions may change without notice, although we will endeavour to notify you. Final payment for all customize wedding cake orders must be received 4 weeks prior to delivery/pickup (or as otherwise advised), for all other customize orders, payment is received in full upon order or unless otherwise advised. Please note: we will not release a cake unless full payment has been received. Any changes of size, style, flavour, frosting or fillings of the cake, must be notified at least two weeks prior to final payment and may incur
additional charges. (Any changes requested after this date cannot be guaranteed and will be subject to additional charges). Delivery & pickup (business hours only unless by prior arrangement – 10:00am – 5pm Mon to Fri, 10am - 4pm Sat): a. Delivery, within 20km radius of 522 Dorinda St, London, ON N5W 4B4, Canada; b. Delivery for all orders outside the 20km radius of 522 Dorinda St, London, ON N5W 4B4, Canada an additional fee of CA$1.50 per Km (calculated on return trip using Google maps); c.
Delivery outside of business hours will incur an additional charge; d. If setup is required a setup fee may apply. We are not responsible for any damage to the cake after delivery or pickup has been completed. In the case of delivery, you are responsible for providing an appropriate and secure table and a suitable environment for the cake(s). Cakes are heavy and require a sturdy table, and optimal room temperature of less than 24 degrees. If you or your representatives elect to pick up or have couriered or sent via
post the cake/confectionary/sugarcraft decorations, you assume all liability and responsibility for the condition of the cake/confectionery/sugar craft decorations once it leaves the premises and possession of Jodybakez. If items are posted we cannot assume any responsibility of its condition upon arrival, we recommend you order early and utilize postage insurance. Due to the tedious, handcrafted nature of our products, we are unable to provide refunds. On occasion we will photograph our cakes and we
reserve the right to use any photographs for display or promotion without permission or compensation to you. Our products may contain or come into contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens. You agree to notify your guests of this risk and hold us harmless for allergic reactions. If there are any allergic restrictions, please advise accordingly. Performance of this agreement is contingent upon the ability of Jodybakez to complete the agreement and is subject to labour disputes or strikes, accidents, Acts of God, and other causes beyond our control.
